Educational Orders
At this time, Shop.OPB.org cannot process purchase orders online or accept tax-exempt ID numbers. However, if you are an educator and would like to pay either using a purchase order, and/or use your tax-exempt ID number, this can be done via fax or phone. International Orders
Online orders cannot be shipped outside of the United States. However, some products may be available for purchase and shipment abroad.

For customers in Canada, contact our customer care center via phone, fax or email (see the "Contact Us" section at the bottom of the page). For mail and fax orders, include a list of titles, quantities, the shipping address, preferred shipping method, and contact information for any follow-up questions about your request. Gift Certificates
Gift Certificates are available in denominations of $25, $50, $75, $100, $150, $200, $250 and $500 and may be redeemed online or over the phone. Both electronic and paper gift certificates are available. Please note, only one gift certificate may be redeemed per order. Click here for more details.

Shop.OPB.org is committed to handling your information in a secure and confidential manner. Our fulfillment agent uses 128 bit SSL encryption software, which is industry standard and encrypts all of your personal information so that it cannot be read as it travels over the Internet.

The cookies used at shop.wgbh.org contain no personally identifiable information -- only a shopper ID number and an order ID number to facilitate your shopping transaction. Returns Policy
You may return any part of your shop.opb.org order for a replacement or full product refund (minus shipping and handling) within 30 days of receiving it. If the return is due to defective or damaged product or a shipping error, please contact Customer Service for a postage paid label. For questions regarding returning an item, please call 1-888-891-7608, or send an e-mail to shopOPB@ordering.com.

IN STOCK items ship from the warehouse within 2 business days, except when UPS NEXT DAY AIR is selected.

If you do not select a specific ship method for your order, it will automatically ship via USPS 4th Class. USPS 4th Class is not trackable, so if you prefer a trackable method, you can select US Postal Priority or other ship methods during checkout. Please note: UPS(Next Day, Second Day or Ground) can not ship to PO Boxes. Also any  order containing non-media items (such as t-shirts, plush toys, totebags, etc) by law, cannot ship via USPS 4th class.

Sales Tax
Shop.OPB.org collects applicable sales tax for orders shipped to the following states: California, Massachusetts, New York and Vermont. However, due to technical constraints, sales tax does not display during the checkout process. Your sales tax will be included in your confirmation e-mail, and you will be charged the applicable sales tax when your order ships. Please feel free to contact the Customer Service department if you would like to know your applicable sales tax before placing your order.

Rights and Uses
Products available for "Home and educational use" may be purchased by individuals for home use, as well as by teachers, educators, educational institutions, libraries, and similar organizations for educational use.

Products listed as "For educational use only" may only be purchased by teachers, educators, educational institutions, libraries, scouting troops, religious education programs, home schooling families and similar organizations for educational use only, and no admission may be charged to view the program.

OPB makes every effort to offer as many of our programs on DVD and VHS as possible. However, we are not able to obtain the distribution rights to some of our programs, so they are unavailable for sale. In addition, distribution rights expire after set terms and sometimes cannot be renewed. We appreciate your interest in our programming and encourage your feedback.
